We are here to take you where you need to go safely and on time. But we know plans change. Maybe your meeting got cancelled. Maybe you woke up sick. Or something came up at home.

When that happens, you might wonder if you can get your money back. We want to be clear and fair about refunds. No surprises. Just simple rules.

Monthly Car Lift Refund Policy

This is for people who ride with us every day. Maybe to work or school.

We understand you might miss a day here and there. A day off work. A holiday. Feeling sick. We get it. Life happens.

But here is the truth. The monthly price is already a big discount. It is much cheaper than paying for single rides every day.

Same idea here. When you sign up for a monthly service, that seat is saved just for you every single day. Even if you do not use it one day, that seat was still empty and waiting.

So we cannot give refunds or credits for missed days on monthly plans. We hope you understand. It is the only way we can keep monthly prices so low for everyone.

Single Day Rides Refund Policy

This is when you book a one-time trip.

For these rides, we do offer refunds. But there is one small rule.

You must cancel at least 12 hours before your trip starts.

Let me explain why. When you book a ride, we get a driver ready for you. That driver saves that time just for you. They say no to other rides because they are coming to pick you up.

If you cancel at the last minute, the driver loses that work. They sat waiting when they could have been helping someone else.

So here is how it works.

If you cancel more than 12 hours before your pickup time, you get a full refund. No questions asked. Money goes back the same way you paid.

If you cancel less than 12 hours before, we cannot give a refund. The driver is already on their way.

If you do not show up and do not cancel at all, there is no refund. We wait, but we cannot wait forever. Our drivers have other people to pick up.

So please, if plans change, just message us as soon as you know. Give us that 12 hours heads up. Everything will be fine.

When We Mess Up

If something happens on our side, we will always make it right.

If our driver is late. If we have to cancel your ride for some reason. You get a full refund even if it is last minute.

That is only fair. You trusted us. If we let you down, we’ll give your money back. No arguments. We treat people the way we want to be treated.

Other Kinds of Rides

Sometimes people ask about rides that are not monthly or single. Maybe a whole week. Or a special event.

For those, just talk to us. Send a message and ask. We are friendly. We will work with you. We can explain what makes sense for your situation.
